Procedure to apply for Slovakia Visa from London, UK

  • Without a visa, you are permitted up to 90 days of travel in any 180-day period within the Schengen region. This is true whether you are traveling for leisure, business, short-term study or training, family or friend visits, cultural or sporting events, or to attend business meetings.
  • You must fulfill the admission conditions set forth by the Slovak government in order to stay longer, work or study, travel on business, or for any other reason.
  • It does not count toward your 90-day visa-free period if you stay in Slovakia with a residence permit or long-stay visa.
  • Your compliance with the 90-day visa-free period for brief stays in the Schengen region will be verified by border guards using the stamps on your passport.
  • Border officers will assume you have exceeded your allowed number of days without a visa if the appropriate entry or exit stamps are missing from your passport.

Within three days of arrival, you should register with the police if you intend to stay in Slovakia for an extended period of time.
