The London Congestion Charge operates in central London.
Congestion Charge: £15 daily for driving within the Congestion Charge zone
You can also pay in advance on the day of travel or by midnight of the third day after travel. The daily charge is £15 if you pay in advance or on the same day, or £17.50 by midnight of the third day after travel
Customers should pay the ULEZ charge if the vehicle has not meet Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) standards
The easiest way to pay is by setting up Auto Pay. Exemptions and discounts are also available.
Annual registration charge of £10 for each vehicle you register.

Toxicity charge (T-Charge) Operating hours: (7:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays)

Is London Congestion Charge Free on any day?

Yes. Congestion Charge is free between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day bank Holiday (inclusive).

What will be the penalty if you don’t pay the congestion charge?

If the congestion charge is not paid with in 3 days of your travel, a penalty charge notice (PCN) will be sent for £160.
If the penalty will be paid with in 2 weeks (14 days), the fee will be only £80
More than 28 days, the fee will be £240

Who is free from the London Congestion Charge?

There is a free access to the congestion charge zone to

all-electric cars,
Some plug-in hybrids, and
any vehicle that emits 75 g/km or less of CO2 and
meets the Euro 5 standards for air quality
